I did not know about Blythe as we had and have none in Germany and because I was no dolly person at all, it was pure luck I stumbled upon a blog on vox with lots of lovely dolly pics. I fell for these big-headed girls as their beauty reminds me of 60s icons like »Twiggy, »Edie, »BB, »Francoise Hardy, »Jane Birkin or »the Shrimp just to name a few… and so I started to search the web for more info.
What followed is history… today I own far too many Blythe dolls and I still can’t stop buying them! Even more as I love »photographing Blythe (see above ;P) and »customising Blythe as well. As a visually-oriented person I never run out of ideas for new face-ups, haircuts and clothes! As soon as I started my first collection for Blythe, I found out how many people share my love for Mod and 60s fashion and so this hobby became my free-time filler deluxe!
Oh… and yes, now I am a dolly person
